I have very fond memories of Randolph Shields. He was well thought of by my Dad,David Rice and my Grandparents Edgar and Nettie Rice. I could always count on seeing a smile on his face and a good handshake when I saw him. I am glad I got to know him. May God Bless the Family. Clark rice

So sorry to hear about Randolph, and I do regret not getting to know him and Wilma better since I have moved here. My Mom, Frieda Culberson Burts, has fond memories of visits to the farm as a child. She and Randolph were second cousins.

Thinking of you.

Mrs. Shields, Mary Alice And Johnny....It was so sad to hear of Mr. Shield's passing. Randolph was...if there ever was of the most supportive Murphy Bulldog fans ever. He was as fiery on the sidelines as he was in the gym stands as he watched Murphy football and girls basketball. I will always have that memory of him wrapped up with a tobaggin on in the cold yelling for our team. He was one of a kind!! My deepest sympathy goes out to the family at this time and I pray for your comfort in knowing he is in a better world. May The Lord Bless Your Families In Future Days....Tommy

My good friend, a fine man will be missed by all who knew him. I loved to reminiese with Randolph about old times, old pictures, old music, and old singers. He always made me laugh and he and Wilma were such a good couple, who honestly cared about people. He felt like "folks", and acted like them too, even though we were not blood related. Wilma, I am so sorry for your loss, but you will reunite with Randolph in heaven.I love you family, and I am praying for you, for comfort. Anne Rose-Mchan
